How do I register?

Attendees can register online by clicking the red “Attend” button at the top right hand corner of this page.

If I need to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?

Can I register on-site?

Yes, you can register on-site.

When will I receive my badge?

Registration confirmations will be emailed and attendee badges picked up at the show site.

Can I bring my child to the show?

No, no one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Proof of age will be required. No strollers, baby carriages or baby packs.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the pizza and pasta marketplace. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Pizza & Pasta Northeast without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show.

How do I get an international Visa letter of Invitation?

During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you.

How can I make hotel arrangements?

We’ve negotiated travel discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Atlantic City affordable.
Through the travel experts at OnPeak, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis.

Is parking available at the convention center?

Yes, parking is available with a flat rate fee of $20.00, and is open to exhibitors & attendees

  • There are 1,200 parking spaces on the first level of the Center (Garage height 7′) for attendees and exhibitors. In addition, numerous public lots and garages are within walking distance of the Center. Please see the appendix for a map showing ancillary parking areas.
  • Due to fire code restrictions, parking on loading docks, ramps, or on the exhibit floor is not allowed. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the owners’ expense.
  • Overnight parking is not permitted.

Are wheelchair and/or scooter rentals available at the convention center?

Yes, wheelchairs and motorized scooters are available for rent at the Copiers Plus Business Center located on the main entry atrium level.

Will food be available at the show?

Yes, there will be an assortment of food available at the Convention Center from both exhibitors and Convention Center cafeterias.

Is there Wi-Fi at the Convention Center?

Yes, free guest Wi-Fi is available in buildings atrium and pre-function spaces (Free Wi-Fi is not offered in the exhibit hall).

Telephone & Internet is not included as part of any booth package. SmartCity is the exclusive full-service provider for all internet, telephone, and TV services at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Exhibitors will be permitted access 1 hour prior to the show opening and 1 hour after the show close, except on Day 1 (Sunday) when Exhibitors will be permitted access 3 hours prior to the show opening.

What insurance coverage do I need and who should be listed as additional insured?

All companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance.

Please refer to the Exhibitor Information Page for more information. 

Is cooking and sampling of products allowed?

Yes, but you must adhere to the Food and Beverage Sampling Policy and Guidelines found in the Food Demonstration section of the Exhibitor Service Manuel.

Will dishwashing facilities be provided?

Yes, all utensils and food service equipment can be taken to a 3 compartment sink location to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.

Is electricity provided with my booth?

No, electricity is not provided.

What is provided with my booth?

Draped back walls and side rails, exhibitor identification sign, and 24-hour security.

Can I have a hanging sign over my booth?

Preapproval for the use of hanging signs and graphics is required by Show Management.

Hanging signs are only permitted in island booths which are 400 square feet or larger.
 

How many exhibitor badges do I get for my company?

Each company is allotted between 5 and 30 badges based on net square footage of exhibit space. All personnel accessing the show floor are required to wear an “EXHIBITOR” badge at all times. These badges should only be used for booth staff, NOT CUSTOMERS.
You will also receive an allotment of complimentary attendee passes for your customers, prospects and guests.

Have provisions been made for the storage and distribution of product?

Have your freight delivered to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse and receive the following:

      • Freight delivered to your booth before setup begins
      • Free storage 30 days in advance of the show

How do I order furnishings and services that we will need for our exhibit?

How do I maximize my participation at the show and reach more buyers?

You may be contacted by third party companies purportedly offering services related to the event.  Please be aware that many of these companies are not affiliated in any way with the event, are not endorsed by us, and may be offering services that are either subpar, misleading, or fraudulent.  We do not in any way endorse or condone these companies and we are not responsible for their behavior.  Any business arrangements regarding the event that you may make through unaffiliated third-party companies are at your own risk and expense.

OnPeak is the official housing provider of the Pizza & Pasta Northeast. We do not endorse booking hotel reservations through any source other than OnPeak. Other third-party companies may contact you in an effort to get you to book through them. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. Should you be contacted by someone other than OnPeak, please let us know by emailing marketing@pizzaexpo.com.

Exercise caution when dealing with or responding to solicitations from unofficial contractors offering services for the expo. Each year, unofficial contractors target expo exhibitors with email and faxes in attempt to solicit orders for expo services (i.e., carpet, advertising, shipping, etc.). Some of these solicitations may bare our expo name and logo with the intent of confusing or misleading exhibitors into thinking that the contractors sending them are associated with the Pizza & Pasta Northeast. Exhibitors are not required to use Official Expo Vendors, but please be aware that outside contractors must be approved by the show and may require exhibitors to pay additional costs. Exhibitors may also incur other financial obligations in the event their designated contractors fail to perform.

Some exhibitors may receive an invitation to purchase a list of buyers attending the Pizza & Pasta Northeast.  Legally, companies are allowed to perform data collection through paid sponsorship and partnerships that are authorized by the Pizza & Pasta Northeast. Through various methods not directly controlled by Show Management, companies might perform data collection regarding attendees at the Pizza & Pasta Northeast and claim that they have an attendee list for purchase. With respect to fair and competitive business practices, we do not support or verify unauthorized selling of our attendee data.
