How much does it cost to attend Pizza & Pasta Northeast?

The cost is between $10.00 and $40.00, depending on they type of pass and when you register. Register before July 10 for the best rate.

How do I register?

Attendees can register online beginning May 9, 2019 by clicking here.

If I need to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?

Refunds will be given until August 1, 2019. There will be no refunds after this date.

What are on-site registration hours?

Tuesday 9/24 – 7:30am – 5:00pm

Wednesday 9/25 – 7:30am – 3:00pm

Thursday 9/26 – 7:30am – 2:00pm

Can I register on-site?

Yes, you can register on-site.

When will I receive my badge?

Registration confirmations will be emailed and attendee badges picked up at the show site.

Can I bring my child to the show?

No one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Proof of age will be required. No strollers, baby carriages or baby packs. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the pizza and pasta marketplace. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Pizza & Pasta Northeast without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show.

How do I get an international Visa letter of Invitation?

During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you.

How can I make hotel arrangements?

We’ve negotiated travel discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Atlantic City affordable. Through the travel experts at EventSphere, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Book here.

Is shuttle service available between my hotel and the convention center?

No, there will be no shuttle sevice between the hotels and the convention center.

Is parking available at the convention center?

Yes, there is a parking garage off Bacharach Boulevard with 1,000 spaces. Parking at the Convention Center is a flat rate of $15.00.

Are wheelchair and/or scooter rentals available at the convention center?

Yes, wheelchairs and scooters are available to rent at the UPS Business Center. The Business Center’s hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Will food be available at the show?

Yes, there will be an assortment of food available at the Convention Center from both exhibitors and Convention Center cafeterias.

Is there Wi-Fi at the Convention Center?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in public areas via Smart City.

Will late access to the exhibit hall be allowed?

Exhibitors will be permitted access 1 hour prior to show open and 1 hour after show close, except on Day 1 (Wednesday) when Exhibitors will be permitted access 3 hours prior to show open.

Where do I ship my booth materials?

Shipping labels are available within the Freeman order forms. Please note that advance warehouse shipments received after September 17, 2019 are subject to overtime charges.

Can I use my own dolly/hand truck and move my stuff in to my booth?

Due to labor jurisdiction and union rules, booth materials should be moved into the hall by HAND CARRY means only. Meaning, exhibitors may personally bring in booth materials that they can physically carry, without the use of a dolly/hand truck. If materials exceed what can be hand carried, union labor will need to be contracted.

Can I set up my own booth?

Once all materials have been delivered to your booth space, yes, you are permitted to erect your own exhibit. Be sure to refer to rules and regulations on hiring an EAC and union labor, should assistance be needed.

Where can I find the Pizza & Pasta Northeast Exhibitor Service Manual?

The manual contains mandatory forms and information on regulations that you must adhere to at Pizza & Pasta Northeast. We recommend that you review this information with your trade show coordinator/onsite EAC. Click here for the 2019 Exhibitor Service Manual.

What insurance coverage do I need and who should be listed as additional insured?

All companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance. Required by September 3, 2019. Click here for insurance requirements.

Is security provided?

Yes, 24-hour security will be provided by Show Management throughout the entire exhibition, including set-up and tear-down. However, do not leave personal items unattended, such as purses, cameras, cell phones and other valuables.

Is cooking and sampling of products allowed?

Yes, but you must adhere to the Cooking and Sampling Regulations.

Will dishwashing facilities be provided?

Yes, all utensils and food service equipment can be taken to a 3 compartment sink location to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.

Is electricity provided with my booth?

No, electricity is not provided. Order by September 9 and save up to 30%. Atlantic City Electrical and Plumbing Services

What is provided with my booth?

Draped back walls and side rails, exhibitor identification sign, and 24-hour security.

Can I have a hanging sign over my booth?

Preapproval for the use of hanging signs and graphics must be obtained from show management through the Exhibitor Console. Hanging signs are only permitted in island booths which are 400 square feet or larger.

How many exhibitor badges do I get for my company?
  • Each company is allotted between 5 and 30 badges based on net square footage of exhibit space. All personnel accessing on the show floor are required to wear an “EXHIBITOR” badge at all times. These badges should only be used for booth staff, NOT CUSTOMERS.
  • You will also receive an allotment of complimentary attendee passes for your customers, prospects and guests.

Have provisions been made for the storage and distribution of product?
  • Have your freight delivered to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse and receive the following:
  • Freight delivered to your booth before setup begins
  • No check-in or waiting at the marshaling yard
  • Free storage 30 days in advance of the show
How do I order furnishings and services that we will need for our exhibit?

Is the show open to the public?
The Pizza & Pasta Expo is a B2B trade show and is not open to the general public.
