Can I credit my 2020 registration to a future show?

Yes, please read on for further details.

How can I request a refund or credit for my Pizza & Pasta Northeast 2020 Registration?

1) To credit your registration fee to our Pizza & Pasta Northeast 2021 event, please contact Kristen.Novick@emeraldX.com. The deadline for credit requests is November 10, 2020.

2) To request a 100% refund, you must contact Registration Customer Service by November 10, 2020:

Is there a deadline for registration credit and refund requests?

Yes. November 10, 2020, is the deadline to request a full refund, or to credit your registration to Pizza & Pasta Northeast 2021.

Should I cancel my flight?

Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. We strongly recommend cancelling your flight as soon as possible. 

What about my hotel reservation?

If your hotel reservations were booked through our official housing provider EventSphere, your reservation will be automatically cancelled with no charge or penalty to you. No other follow up will be necessary.

If you made a hotel reservation outside of our hotel block (directly with the hotel or through booking providers unaffiliated with Pizza & Pasta Northeast!), you will need to cancel your reservation on your own.
